AEROBIC CLASSES
Our Fitness/Aerobics program allows members to attend the classes that best fit their schedules. The fitness classes provide an overall workout concentrating on the major muscle groups while incorporating flexibility, stretching and strengthening exercises with attention given to body alignment. The aerobic portion of the class provides a complete cardiovascular workout. Aerobic classes consist of low-impact aerobics, step aerobics or aerobic kickboxing. We also have a combination low impact and toning exercise class (done in a chair) for senior citizens.
INDOOR CYCLING
For members and non-members alike, the YWCA offers an indoor cycling program for beginners as well as experienced riders. Classes are open to men and women, and a variety of affordable pricing options are available to meet your individual needs.
SWIMMING
We offer a wide range of swimming experiences for infants, children, teens and adults that are designed to give the participants a good feeling about swimming. Red Cross swimming lessons are available for all ages and abilities as well as private lessons. Specialty classes offered include Waterbabies, Scuba Diving, Parents, Tots & Toddler Swim, Senior Swim, Splash Aerobics, Water Works, Joint Venture, and Fearful Swim for Adults. Recreational, family swim and laps are also scheduled at various times of the day for our members' convenience and enjoyment.
RECREATION
We believe in offering recreational experiences that are an avenue to learning, socialization, relaxation and fun. Children can participate in dance, gymnastics, karate, music lessons, and a variety of other seasonal classes throughout the year.
WEIGHT TRAINING
Our exclusively women's weight room is designed to give you a total workout incorporating aerobic conditioning and muscle toning while balancing strength with flexibility. To get you started on a program that works for you, one-to-one weight training is available to all weight room members by appointments with weight training staff.
POOL AND GYM PARTIES
Pool parties for kids of all ages are fun for everyone! Pool parties are only on Saturdays between the hours of 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.. Receive one hour of swim and one hour room rental.

Gym parties are a healthy way to celebrate any occasion. 3-5 year olds participate in creative gymnastics, games and songs. 6-10 year olds participate in gym activities, soccer and games. You receive one hour of gym time with an instructor and a one hour room rental. Rooms are available Friday nights from 5:00 to 8:30 PM and Saturdays from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.
All Gym and Pool Party fees must be paid at least one week prior to the event. If payment is not received by that time, it will be assumed that the party is cancelled.

If the YWCA experiences delays or closes due to emergencies or weather conditions, these radio stations will be notified:
